Deposits are not required except if you are a no-show last time.
Late & No Show Policy
I understand that life happens, and I do my best to be flexible! To keep things running smoothly, please keep the following in mind:
Grace Period
There is a 10-minute grace period if you are running late.
10+ minutes late
If you are more than 10 minutes late, then you forfeit your place in line as I have to accommodate other clients that might seek my services.
Thus, you might have to wait for your turn or reschedule altogether based on my availability.
No-Show Policy
If you are unable to show up for your appointment without notice, then I will assume you are a no-show and forfeit your place in line.
When booking your next appointment, you will be required to pay a 30% deposit to secure your spot. This deposit is not an additional charge—it will be applied toward your final bill.
Communication is Key
If you are running late or cannot make it, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you.
